Siempre Mañana Campground Rules

Any persons occupying or otherwise utilizing campground property are subject to the following rules.

*Campground Host reserves the right to refuse service/occupancy to anyone for any reason.

The Baja ethos is one of "Live and let live". We strive to maintain that.

 

Water: DO NOT WASTE WATER Your water source at the campground is from a cistern that is filled, as-needed, with potable water. Water is a very precious resource here in BCS. No washing of vehicles or RVs is allowed. If you have a consistent water leak you will be required to fill your on-board RV water tank and operate from it.*

We strongly encourage using additional filtration for your drinking water.

 

Sewer: Use a proper sewer connection to avoid spillage. DO NOT USE BLEACH or any non eco-safe tank treatments. The Baja water table and ecosystem are incredibly fragile, and bleach will disrupt the bacterial breakdown of solid waste in our septic system.

We strongly encourage the use of eco-safe soap for bathing and dishwashing.

 

Garbage: Utilize provided garbage bins for disposal. Cost of disposal is $20MXN per 80 liter bin.

You are welcome to take your garbage to the landfill directly to avoid this fee. Landfill is on the East side of Hwy 19, North of El Pescadero.

 

Conduct: Be courteous to all guests and surrounding neighbors. Flags, stickers, posters, clothing, etc referencing US politics that are visible from outside your RV/Trailer are prohibited.*

Pest Control: Do not use insecticides/pesticides/poison. Use traps for rodents, as poison can travel up the food chain. For insects, please use diatomaceous earth. The ejido soil is pristine - let’s keep it that way.

Campground Considerations: Please be careful around the native plants. Not only are they delicate, but they can also be painful. Do not hang any clothes lines or hammocks from the cacti.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: All times are subject to modification at the campground host’s discretion.

• Check-in time is 1:00pm

• Check-out time is 12:00pm

Quiet Hours: 10:30pm - 7:00am. Siempre Mañana is a family campground. Noise from children and pets are to be expected. Please be courteous of your neighbors.

Generators: Inverter generators under 6000 watts are allowed at all times, regardless of quiet hours. Please be courteous and limit generator use to necessity. Unmuffled/construction type generators are not permitted.

 

Speed Limit: 5 mph (8 k/h) to ensure the safety of all guests, especially children and pets.

 

Pet Policy: Clean up your pet’s waste. Pets who repeatedly urinate on, or damage, other’s property will be required to be leashed. Non-aggressive pets are welcome off leash, under supervision. If your pet is loud/annoying, please make appropriate accommodations in consideration of your neighbors. Be aware that it is not uncommon to see rattlesnakes in the area.

 

Site Maintenance: Maintain your space in a reasonably clean condition and ensure that your setup does not encroach on neighboring spaces.

 

Parking: You are limited to your self-contained RV/trailer plus two personal vehicles. All vehicles must fit in your space. If extra parking is needed, please ask camphost.*

Campfires: Campfires are encouraged as long as they are safe and continuously monitored. Please be mindful of wind conditions as it may be pushing smoke directly into your neighbors RV. Due to wind and dry conditions, unattended fires pose a high risk of property damage. Do not leave fires unattended and please completely extinguish fires when finished.

Firearms/Fireworks: Firearms are not permitted in Mexico. Fireworks are plentiful and legal in most of Mexico, please do not set off fireworks inside the boundaries of the campground, or near RVs.
